DESIGN INSPIRATION

Colors: Cobalt Thick Corduroy // Ice Blue Suede UV

Front 3D Embroidery: "LA" initials inspired by the iconic Los Angeles Times logo.

Side Patch Artwork:  "Home Plate" inspired patch that depicts a scene with the Los Angeles skyline in the background. A blue gradient from light to dark was used to represent the evolution of Dodger Blue over time, progressively getting darker  from powder blue to the now navy-ish Pantone 294. The forefront reads “Shotime” inspired by the classic Dodgers logo.

Opposite Patch Artwork: 大谷 翔平” translates to Shohei Ohtani. His name is shown over his #17 to resemble the back of a baseball jersey with the Japanese flag underneath.

Underbrim Embroidery: A5 crown logo in Red.

Back Embroidery: Alternate MLB inspired "A5" logo in modern team colors.

CHRONICLE COLLECTION

Inspired by the rich history of California teams, this concept pays homage to the Golden State and its most iconic teams. Just like a newspaper, these hats capture team history, cultural references, and classic color combos on that only a true fan or local could recognize. With the news paper print industry quickly dying, this concept is an ode to the once coveted front page cover that headlined our favorite sports/athletes and the publishers that created them.

Influenced by current headwear trends and a fresh take on vintage hats, each piece in this collection is constructed of premium thick corduroy and buttery suede for that retro, faded vibe. The overall hat frame is a custom designed 5-panel, mid-profile crown with a tapered, pre-curved brim that aims to provide a clean and timeless silhouette.

Not the same hat as before.

Purchased the Philly hat and it fit perfectly. The Sho-time hat was way smaller. Still a great quality hat but sucks it’s too small for me.
