I'm not sure about the product because I'm still waiting. I paid for 2 day priority mail delivery and it's now been a week. I reached out on both email and Instagram 48 hours and 24 hours ago and no response. I had an event I was going to yesterday, and was going to wear my new Eagles hat, but couldn't and when I pay extra for 2 day shipping I expected I get the hat Im 2 business day.

Was very excited for that hats and hoodie now, I'm just hoping they show up at some point and overall kinda wish I didn't spend my money on them at this point.

Update- Was refunded the shipping charges and was emailed an update with an explanation.

This is easily the highest quality lid I’ve ever purchased. Even better than the pics if that’s possible.

It’s not only stylish but the quality is unreal and to top it off the performance in the cold is unparalleled the thickness is crazy.
