Refund policy
Pre-Orders
All items sold via pre-order will ship when ready (typically 4-5 weeks). If checked out with another item currently in stock, the in-stock item will ship as soon as possible and the pre-order item will ship out separately (both for free due to the Buy 2 Hats, Get Free Shipping promo).
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND PLEASE NOTE THAT A5 AESTHETIC LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE ANY ORDERS PLACED FOR ANY REASON.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception with 3 business days of shipment arrival date and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If so, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or sent a new product. You'll have to print your own shipping label to send your package back to the stated address in the email thread. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Incorrect Address and Lost Packages
Please review all information before placing an order. Incorrect addresses for delivered products will not be refunded or replaced. If you are worried about any lost or stolen deliveries, you may create a USPS account to give special instructions on where to place the package or redirect it to another address. We would highly recommend choosing the USPS Priority Shipping service, as it also includes $100 insurance towards any lost or damaged packages (case by case, determined by USPS).
