If you buy the pre-order hats it does take longer to be shipped from my point of view. Agree on having the vendor to improve a better communication with the orders being shipped or not. But in the end the wait is worth the while. I am not disappointed with buying it because the material that is used on the hat does look and feel like a high quality piece. The design overall has fulfilled my expectations.
I Ordered my hat on a Friday and it arrived that following Monday! I was really impressed, but not just by how fast i got it . The quality of the hat itself is AMAZING! the suade is nice and soft the inside is silky and fits perfectly! I will be ordering again
Fire hat the make material and feel are something you know is not like other hat companies worth the money was told 5-7 weeks on back order got it in 2 weeks
The hat is made of super high quality materials. The downside it took longer than the 7!weeks but due to the craftsmanship I totally understand. 5 ⭐️ on product itself. Customer service is less than desirable. No communication to give the customer peace of mind but other than that the product sells itself with the quality. I definitely will buy again but keep in mind that these are custom made and take longer than usual to deliver.
